With the return to school of our Prep and Year 1 students on Monday May 11, these year levels will return to our usual absence notification process i.e. Prior to 8:40 on the date of a student absence notify the school via QParents, or email absence@wishartss.eq.edu.au , or phone 3849 0560 to advise that your child is absent due to illness, family reasons, etc . All of these methods can be used 24/7. If you have elected to keep your student at home during this time, you will still need to let us know if they are learning from home, and this won’t be counted as an absence.
For students in Years 2 to 6 the current process will continue i.e. each morning you will receive an email from a member of our staff asking you to reply with the applicable circumstances for your student for that day e.g. your student is learning from home, or attending school, or is ill, etc
