Wednesday 24 May is an Active Travel to School Day. We encourage all students to walk, ride or scoot to school on this day. There will be teachers at the school gates handing out raffle tickets to 'active' students and ten lucky students will win a prize. Participation in active travel can provide many health benefits to children. As well as the physical benefits, children can benefit from improved concentration, increased independence and positive self-esteem. So let's get moving! Be sure to find a teacher at the gate to receive a raffle ticket. Winners will be notified that day.
