Enrolments 2021!

Enrolment Process

• Download and print the Student Enrolment Application form (PDF, 2247 KB) and complete it manually, OR complete the Student Enrolment Application form electronically (PDF, 2796 KB), print, and then manually sign each section where indicated (please do not include electronic signatures);
• Post completed form, including copies of documents showing proof of residency at the in-catchment address provided on the enrolment form, to Wishart State School, Morella Street, WISHART  QLD  4122 (an alternative to posting the documents is to place them in a sealed envelope in our school letter box between the hours of 8:00am and 3:00pm on school days).  Applications can only be processed on receipt of a fully completed Student Enrolment Application form and abovementioned documents.
• If neither parent was born in Australia, please scan and email a copy of at least one parent's Australian Passport, or New Zealand Passport, or Australian Citizenship Certificate, or Foreign Passport and Australian Permanent Residency VISA to enrolment@wishartss.eq.edu.au – please include 2021 Enrolment and Student's Name in the "subject" of the email
• Following receipt of the enrolment application, it will subsequently be checked, and the Parent/Caregiver will be contacted if any details require clarification

Additional Information

• If the student is not transferring from another QLD State School you will be required to present your child's original birth certificate for verification purposes – we will contact you when this process can commence
• Information on the interview process will be emailed out to eligible families later in the year
