Mobile phones can be an important way for parents/caregivers to communicate with and check on the safety of their children on the way to and from school. If mobile phones do need to come to school they must be left at the office before school and then collected at the end of the school day. Phones must be clearly labelled with the student's name and be turned off. No other electronic devices such as iPods, digital cameras or game consoles should come to school. Notifications on wearable devices, such as smartwatches, must be switched off so that no notifications can be sent or received during school hours.
