We have received feedback from some members of our school community in regards to not receiving emails that have been sent from the school and QParents. Additionally, another frequently used system that will generate emails to parents/caregivers is BPoint.
In most instances the affected email server/domains are gmail and hotmail email accounts however this can occur for any email account.
We recommend that parents and carers add the following email server/domains to their safe receivers list (this might be a filter or a rule) to limit the chances of emails not being delivered –
- eq.edu.au
- wishartss.eq.edu.au
- qparents.qld.edu.au
- bpoint.com.au
It is good practice to regularly check junk / spam email folders also in case for any reason your email server/domain pushes them there.
