Further lockdown information
During this lockdown period, the school will remain open for vulnerable children and children of essential workers. We kindly ask all parents who can keep their children at home to do so. We also ask parents to not enter our school grounds until the lockdown is over.
To our parents/carers whose students will attend school during the lockdown, please read the following information to assist you and your child/ren when they arrive and depart school during this time.
Prep Students – arrival and departure information
On arrival to school, Prep students will be met at the Prep Campus gates by a staff member and assisted to their classroom. At the conclusion of the school day, Prep students will be assisted to the Prep Campus gates to meet their parents/carers. If your child is attending Outside School Hours Care the usual processes will occur for these students.
Year 1 to 6 Students – arrival information
On arrival to school, Years 1 to 3 students are to go to the Junior Shelter Shed; and Years 4 to 6 students are to go to the Senior Shelter Shed.
Staff will be on hand at the school gates to assist and support students upon their arrival.
Year 1 to 6 Students – departure information
Can you please discuss departure arrangements with your child/ren for the end of the school day, so they know where to meet you or where to go.
Staff will be on hand to assist and support students as required.
Please discuss the following applicable option/s with your child/ren –
- which gate your child should meet you at if you are collecting them directly from school;
- if your child/ren is booked in to attend Outside Hours School Care, please remind them to go there;
- if your child/ren catch the school bus, please remind them to make their way to the usual place they catch the bus;
- if your child/ren is to walk home from school, please remind them of this arrangement.
