When you sign up to QParents, you have quick and easy access to:
- View outstanding Invoices and Adjustment (Credit) Notes, make payments quickly and easily on-line, and view previously paid invoices
*Please note – only the parent/carer who the holds the financial delegations (as chosen by you at the time of enrolment) will be able to view and pay student accounts through QParents. If you wish to amend the financial delegation, please contact the office for details on how to go about this.
- Access, view and print your child's report
- Report a student absence, or a reason for a past absence
- View and/or update personal student details including medical conditions, change of address
Don't have a QParent account?
If you still have the invite you were sent previously simply access the link from the invite; if you can no longer access the invite, please download and complete the form on the below link and return it to the school office and we will re-send the invitation to you.

(Junk email folders seem to claim many of the invitations when they do get sent out, so keep an eye out there also).
You will also require your student's unique EQ ID No – this is located on any invoice you have received or on your students' past Report Cards. You only need to set up a QParent account once i.e. if you have more than one child they can be added to your existing QParent account, or added once you have set up your account.
